In the middle of everything. Right on Commercial Street, two doors from Spiritus, the nightly site for Provincetown's ritual post-bar closing party and within three minutes walking distance of all the clubs. The town beach is just across the street and the national seashore is a short bike or shuttle ride away. It'll take you less than ten minutes to walk from the high-speed ferry landing to our door.

whos coming to The Ranch

  • It's a guest house, and if you were just there you probably hit them at the height of their Labor Day weekend. P-town is a big money grab. Everyone out there has two months to make a year's worth of income. The prices and attitude are adjusted accordingly.

I've never stayed there, but during "normal" summer vacations when I've been down there I walked by there frequently and found all the guys sitting in their small patio area to be pretty friendly and not your typical drama-obsessed harpy.

  • I was just in Ptown and stopped thinking it was a cowboy bar and came across the worst attitude I've ever experenced, EVER in my 49 years of life as a gay man.Don't know if they were employed there or guests but damned if I'll go there again.

  • I stayed at The Ranch during 'Bear Week' (8-14 July) and found the place somewhat disappointing. Guys were friendly enough, but there was very little in the way of noctural wonderings
