Check all the bathrooms. You could do a quicky in the basement bathroom but frequented by Home Depot employee. Better yet do it somewhere else, or in the car (but it must be well tinted). Parking Guards are not that strict. But as a policy for cruising don't get caught you doing it.

Where exactly

From QC Circle take a bus or jeepney going to Fairview. Ask the driver or bus conductor, tell them you'll be going down to Ever Gotesco. It is located on the right side of the street going towards Fairview. Cross street: Don Antonio.

Cruisiest spot: Most of the bathrooms, in the basement of the mall near Home Depot, bathroom near Greenwhich Pizza Rest. Sometimes inside the movie house if it is r-rated.

When to go

Anytime.

Etiquette

Eye contact or show your to the person urinating beside you.

Safety

Be carefull with guards in the movie house. And for those twinks who are for pay, talk to them first before engaging in any act because somtimes they are in groups. Ba careful!
