Where exactly

If you are coming from Edsa corner Aurora, take jeep ride going to Marikina, SSS, Katipunan, etc., you'll pass by Act Theater, Settan, and Mercury Drug, in that order. The next street corner is Alta Cinema. Cross street: Near Harvard Street

Cruisiest spot: All over the balcony. Also at the orchestra.

Etiquette

Most people who cruise at the orchestra are not good-looking. Sometimes foreigners come here, too.

Safety

So far haven't encountered plainclothes cops. The janitors, ushers, even the guard participate.
