Where exactly
Drive down to Ramsgate seafront, opposite where the casino is, and park in the road. There is a small car park there. Cross street: N/A
Cruisiest spot: At the urinals, or even in the lock ups.
When to go
9-5 every day. Closed in the evenings. Best times: I have often found them to be very good on Sundays. Had quite a lot of during Sunday daytimes.
Safety
Cleaner usually in attendance in different office. Don't go into a lock up togther, and be careful of families out walking along the beach. It isn't fair that they should get caught up in any deeds, or be exposed to it.
