Etiquette
This is a Rentboy sauna. If you are a tourist, they will ask for R$100. If you let them know you will pay R$50 its fine.
Nudity: The boys are very happy to show their wares. Policy: takes place in rented rooms.
Safety
Some of the guys are persistent, and at busy times, you have to wait for a room. It's a suana in Brazil. Use your smarts. Don't bring valuables, and if you are going at night, have your hotel call a cab, and have the sauna call one back to the hotel.
