Where exactly

Ask anybody - it's the main park in downtown area. Cross street: Ave. Larra

Cruisiest spot: The whole park or corners. Take a seat and people will approach you.

When to go

Early evenings around 8pm to 11pm. There is a nearby gaybar about 7 blocks away that many go to. Friendly people and seems very safe with police there most of the time. Riobamba is a small safe city and tye are happy to see a gringo it seemed.

Etiquette

This is only a meeting place, as it's open area and cops there.
