Where exactly
From I-95 take US158 about 9 miles WEST to the Information Sevice Station, and turn right on Thelma Road. Go about 2 miles and turn left on Van Warren Road. At the end of Van Warren Road(about 1 mile), there is a large parking area across from the boat ramp. Cross street: Thelma Road
Cruisiest spot: The large parking area across from the boat ramp is the best place.
When to go
There are no posted hours of operation, and it is apparently used all hours of the day and night. Best times: Afternoons and evenings seem to be best, although you can meet elsewhere or online and go there for fun anytime.
Etiquette
Just be discreet, as some people there are not looking to hook-up.
Safety
It can sometimes be slow, and sometimes too busy for fun, depending on the time of day and day of the week. There is no city police presence, and the sheriff's department rarely rides through the area.
