Where exactly
From nothbound I-35 take exit 250 and go left at the light over I-35 Gold's will be in the shopping center on your right. Cross street: Close to Dell and La Frontera shopping center. Northwest corner of IH-35 and Hesters Crossing.
Cruisiest spot: Mens locker room
When to go
24hr M-F, Sat & Sun open late close early. Best times: Mornings usually has a good crowd with some cruising going on in the locker room. Noon hour has alot of Dell employees working out during lunch. Evenings around 5:00 is always packed.
Etiquette
Locker room is setup as a big open area with view into the large open shower area. This gym also has a dry sauna and a steam room however they are both coed. Best advice is to make eye contact in locker room and then proceed with caution to the dry sauna or steam room for action.
Safety
Sometimes not the cleanest, sometimes the staff needs to be made aware if the place is dirty. Have not seen anybody get busted for playing around in this gym.
