Where exactly
From I15 take 1900 W north to 4800 S and head west. The rec center is at the north end of Roy High school which is about 3 1/10th of a mile west.
Cruisiest spot: The sauna is the best place in the mens locker room.

5:30am to 9pm Best times: After about 8:30am till noon.
Etiquette
You can sit in the sauna nude. However if you plan on showing off your , take a towel to cover up just in case. Give your a tug to show the other guy you're interested.
Safety
Don't go early. Mostly old fat guys there. Wait until after 8:30 or 9 then the sauna empties out. I have met a couple of other hot muscle guys there. One hot blonde 25 year old with a perfect body me for a good 10 mins. Sometimes there are families there. Just watch the door for other guys coming in.
