Take Hwy 50 towards Tahoe and Exit Bradshaw South and make your first right in Micron Ave. Will be around the bend on the left.
When to go
Best time is between the hours of 9 am till about noon and then it gets busy with str8 guys but then you can come back anytime after 9pm--the gym is open 24 hours.
Etiquette
The showers are cool if you want to see plenty of , the steam room is shared with the girls but no women really use it and it gets so steamy that you can barely see.
Nudity: It is a gym but there is plenty of hot bods and in the showers.
