I-40 Westbound Rest Area near Muldrow
This is the west bound rest area on I-40 between mile marker 313 and 316. I think this is an Oklahoma Welcome Center in the day time. Bathrooms are located on both the north and south side of the building. RVs and trucks park on the north side of the building while smaller vehicles park on the south side closer to the highway. The urinals are separated by fairly narrow walls that are narrow enough that you can lean back and look over to see what the guy next to you is doing. The stalls have very high walls and are very private.

Where exactly
This rest area is located roughly 8 miles west of Muldrow on I-40, on the north side of the highway.
When to go
Best time to visit is the late evening, after 9 p.m. In the day time I have had no action here. But at night, I have been able to score within just a few minutes of entering the restroom.

Etiquette
Truckers. Tourists. Guys from 20's though 60's who are just passing through. The action happens in the bathrooms. Go to a and stand a little ways back from it so that someone passing by could get a glimpse of your if they wanted to. One guy can stand on the toilet and not be seen at all by anyone in the restroom. Meanwhile, the other guy can stand on the floor without attracting any attention.
Nudity: Probably not allowed.
Safety
Could be visited by law enforcement so be careful. There has been no police activity during the times that I have been there.
