Is This Your Business?

If you enjoy hiking, beautiful scenery (buena vistas), grassland, foothills, oak trees, chaparral, wildflowers, and wonderful rocks; then this is the place! Coyote Pk. (1,150') is the highest point in the park. From here on a clear day, you can see the skyscrapers in San Francisco and beyond to the Marin headlands.

Neighbourhood: Bernal/Santa Teresa

From 101 or/and 85, take the Bernal Rd. exit towards the south, (the sun is always in the southern sky) and keep driving up the hill.about a mile until you see a left turn lane and a little brown sign. If you pass it, you will soon come to a parking lot on the left. This is an alternate place to park, which is good since you don't have to pay the $6.00 fee. However, rangers rarely check for fees, (having said that, don't trust me)..If you go past this lot, you'll run into the guarded gate to IBM's Almaden Lab Think Tank.Turn around and go back.
  • Hours:Weekdays, are better than weekends, mornings early afternoons are better than late afternoons and evenings.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:It's best, just to check and leave messages here on cruise when you plan to visit. The "cruisiest spots" are usually off trails, out of site of the trails.
  • Nudity / Policy:Depending on when you go and where you go, nudity is not a problem as long as you're discreet about it. Common sense will tell you when you see how many cars are in the parking lot when you get there, how discreet you need to be.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Very limited trail use. The accessible areas are so close to the parking lots as to be indiscreet and easy to see.
  • Warnings:Please do not hang out in the parking lot jacking off in your car or loiter around the bathroom! It's best, just to check and leave messages here on cruise when you plan to visit.

  • Took a lil 3mi. hike in my panties here yesterday 2/19. Big oak valley was still closed, so i took that to the old Big Oak Valley Trail right before you cross the wooden bridge to head up to Rocky Ridge..
I was supposed to meet somebody but they never showed up, so I went alone..hiking and edging for a few hours..Cell phone may not work in the parking lot. I have ATT and only had 1.5 bars
