Where exactly
It's down the beach, 6 blocks east of the Atlantic Beach Hotel ('the gay hotel' in condado). If you're walking from The Atlantic Beach Hotel, along the beach, you'll need to use the street because the beachfront is rocky there. I mention the Atlantic Beach Hotel's beach because it usually has guys pairing off and having ... so it's an entertaining walk in that direction Cross street: Paseo Don Juan and Calle Rodriguez Serra. You can tell it because it\'s where the tall oceanfront building structures begin.

Safety
It's not far enough from the road, if you're there and looking for privacy. Keep your wits about you. The condos overlook this famous area. The guys generally are there because it's convenient and they need a place to shag the guy they just met. It's not necessarily a cruising spot, although, late night, it does happen. BUT if there is only couples pared off, they might not like the audience.
