Where exactly
From 26, follow signs to "Caribe Hilton " and/or Old San Juan, you'll pass a curve with concrete balls blocking the street from the sidewalk, it'll be on your right turn at the Subway. cruiser adds: it in the 'Puerta de Tierra' section of San Juan between Old San Juan and Condado. Lemongrass is at the Caribe Hilton
When to go
Found the most guys looking for hookups around 8pm in the public restroom in the hallway going from the main lobby to the LemonGrass resteraunt. There is also a men's shower/changing room on the underhotel passage in the pool area. You'll have to park across the street in the Hilton Parking garage. Costs at least 4.00 for 1 hour up to 15.00 per night.
