The other end of the park seems to have worked best for me. Between 11th and 13th. Great View! A lot of people pass through just for that. Around lunchtime into the evening I have encountered men stroking in their cars parked along the walkway.

Isn't this where the BEACON ST. HOUSE (drug recover home) is located? Are these the individuals that are being cruised?
