Where exactly

The Outlets are off of highway 179 just north of Jacks Canyon Road. Bathrooms are in the south eastern edge of the complex put all the way around the side of the structure from the cafe. There's straight accessibility from a parking area off of Jack's Canyon or park in the freeway dealing with great deal and walk around the side of the structure.

When to go

Outlets are open 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Restrooms are always slow, but action seems to be most likely in the mid to late afternoons.

Etiquette

Typical men's room action. Tap foot, make eye contact at the urinals, etc.
