Per the website: Take subway exit #8 from Shinchon stn, and go about 3 mins.; it is the building past the Nong-Hyup Hana-Ro mart, 3rd flr of the DonKay house building

The place is open 24 hrs, and the rates are 5000 Won before 7PM and 10000 Won after. Not sure about the booths, however.
Etiquette
As it is near the university areas, it is usually a younger crowd.
Nudity: Nudity is allowed.
Safety
I did hear concerns about people being shy around foreigners, but it did not seem to be the case.
