Hey men, The StarTribune published an article on June 12, 2007 called –Policing the Shadows–. The article, written by Sarah Lemagie, seems to have been inspired by six arrests made on May 29th at two public parking lots on the stretch of Black Dog Road that runs through the Minnesota Valley national Wildlife Refuge. A number of different cruising spots were mentioned. It seems the public and the police have their eyes peeled for cruising, so cruise with caution in these parts.
