Where exactly
It's along the wash, the Los Angeles river, which runs along the whole city. There's only one, can't miss it. Many gay and cute runners, slightly older men, and very young muscular guys jogging, cruising. Especially good in the Sycamore Drive area.
Cruisiest spot: Vicinity of Sycamore Drive.
When to go
Best in afternoon, early evening, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
Etiquette
Be cool, not everyone is cruising. Make eyes, pass once or twice. Wait under bridge with your out as if "peeing." Be careful, cops have vehicular access, but can be spotted a mile away.

Only thing wrong with it is it is the only cruise area in Simi Valley.
