Take 385 south to exit 30 and go straight through the light. Keep going a little bit further and it's on your right.

Etiquette
Most of the action takes place in the truckers' trucks. If your adventurous, you could just walk up to the truck and offer your services. Otherwise park and find some reason to obviously gaze towards the truckers, and if one is interested he'll flash his lights. Just go over and enjoy the 'free meal'.
Nudity: I wouldn't try anything anywhere but the Truckers' cabs. It's a gas station.
Safety
Only available late at night, and there's no real place to meet with your potential friend. You have to rely on signals from 50 ft apart.
