Where exactly

When you are heading towards worthing from Shoreham there is a petrol station on the left and a road going into a housing estate beteween the petrol station and royal coach pub. Follow the road all the way round until it feels like you're turning back on yourself and there's a road called Forthaven. Turn down there and you'll come to the Old Fort. Cross street: Forthaven

Cruisiest spot: The toilets or the underground 'caves'.

Evenings/late night.

Etiquette

It's a big place so you have to wander a bit. It's also popular with fisherman in the summer so be discreet.
