Where exactly
Southend Victoria Station go up stairs into Victoria Plaza - It is a building site right now. Go round to the lifts (the car park ones) take it to the 7th floor and then walk up to the top floor by stairs the place is in the stairwell at the top (or get the lift to 8th and walk down). The place is the stairwell at the very top of the car park (think 8th floor). Cross street: Take lift from above Argos.
