Where exactly

From I26 West or East get off at Hwy 29/WO Ezell Blvd and go towards Spartanburg. Turn Right at first light (Blackstock Rd), Party City is about 1/2 mile on the right. From 85 N or S get off at exit 66 towards Spartanburg, cross under I26 and follow same directions.

When to go

9am-9pm Monday-Saturday, 130pm-6pm Sundays. Best time is evenings after 6 or Sundays anytime.
