3commentsQuiet location in the basement of Norwest Building. Can be rather quiet some days during lunch. I found out about this listing, so I went to check it out. Stalls are kind of small, but not the dicks who go there! hehehe...I'm willing to try again and again and again.

Where exactly
Take 35E to Kellogg Street Exit. Turn Right on Seventh Street. Park in Wabasha Parking Center on 7th and Wabasha. Take skyway system through to Norwest Building; take elevator down to basement level.
Cruisiest spot: There are only two stalls, but that will keep you happy.
When to go
Before, during and after lunch hours...approximately 11-4pm.
Etiquette
Leave time and date to meet, be patient and do the tap.
Safety
Elevator takes a long time to reach the basement level when you are ready to leave.

I have been to the site could not find the bathroom do actually have to go into wells fargo.I would also be willing to see any action pics get back to me.
