The guide
Where exactly
Cross street: Market St
Cruisiest spot: Booth room.
Etiquette
Best time is weekday/weekend afternoons. Nights are pretty dead, with the exception of really old men. More guys looking to than to be ed, but that varies.
Safety
They have installed a video camera for the booth area. Only one of the clerks who works there is a regarding loitering. You'll usually find some old trolls and a couple of dorks cruising the booth area who won't leave you alone.
