Lots of cops on the premises, they come in to get coffee, and donuts, and other things. Also, it's a very busy area of Stuart. Plenty of cars driving by, and lots of pedestrian activity. Sometimes, homeless people invade the front of the store. And, since this is a gas station, it will be busy most of the day, except the hours mentioned. Be cautious and discreet, and you'll get what you need.
