Cruisiest spot: Men's locker room. Sauna & showers.
When to go
24 hours Best times: Late at night but anytime is good. This is a very cruisy gym. Lots of gay guys w Dates open: 24 hours
Etiquette
Do what comes naturally. Don't grab a straight guy though. They hate that. Wear a towel, not a bathing suit.
Safety
Just never forget that it is still owned and operated by straight people. It's not a bath house SO YOU STILL HAVE TO WATCH YOUR BACK!

Yeah, this place is fairly cruisy for being such a small gym. I didn't really think so at first, but it really is. Almost every single time I worked out there and used the shower, there always somebody cruising in the showers. Don't go there often enough to know if the hot ripped-up guys cruise much through there, but im sure it happens every now and then.

A whole lot of eye candy here, and the showers are really cruisy, but this is a place for meeting up and going somewhere else (like any straight gym). I like this place in the evening, during the day Ballys Chatsworth with their outdoor olympic pool is better.

Be VERY careful here. Several people have been thrown out or arrested recently after a string of complaints from members. There's also a plainclothes security guard walking around. It's the usual story--people were being too obvious and brazenly whacking off in the shower without knowing whether everyone else was cool.
