Where exactly
Take Elm Street up to elgin, turn left on elgin, beside la casa mexicana, across street from Zig's (the gay bar).
When to go
Best time to go is at night time, especially after the bar closes. Anytime tho, between 9 and 3am. just walk around there.
Etiquette
most guys just park there, walk there to meet up, and either get it on in the car, lights off, or go elsewhere private.
Nudity: Be safe, use your judgment, park away from others. Best to just hook up there and go somewhere else. But it's a MAJOR cruising spot.
Safety
