Where exactly

Enter the Hunter Connection from Pitt Street (Between Hunter Street and Martin Place) go the the escalators and take them up, turn right and follow this around until you get to the sign for the toilets on a fire escape door, go through the door and the toilets are right in front of you.

When to go

any times other than peek lunch hour as it draws the crabs.

Etiquette

not the best place to pick up but great place to go if you need some privacy, no security that I have ever seen.

Nudity: no nudity, normal beat procedures

Safety

clean up after yourselves guys, and don't write on the walls/doors... this way management will have no need to shut the place down.
