Where exactly

Best access is from Penshurst St - if coming from the city, drive thru the Victoria Ave intersection and the park is at the bottom of the hill on the right. Walk in from either Penshurst St or Eden St. Catch a route 273 bus from either Chatswood or Wynyard/North Sydney and alight at the Victoria Ave intersection stop - park is a 5 minute walk down the hill.

When to go

Seems like it is open daylight hours but it is right opposite a play area so maybe avoid weekends, best at night.

Etiquette

Can easily fit two guys in the cubicle and with very little use you are assured privacy.

Nudity: It's a public area - no nudity recommended and be discreet
