From the South, go North on US23 until you get to Tawas City. Park is in the center of town. From North, it is South on US23. Again, park is in center of town. Cross street: Plank Rd and M55

Family area with kids around. You need to be somewhat discreet. Across from Sheriff Dept, but they don't seem to watch very close.
