Shijyuku has a handful of lines available. You'll need to buy a JR ticket in order to get through the barriers. You can get the minimum fare if you're just passing.

Etiquette
Large washroom with lots of activity, both Gaijin and Japanese. Due to heavy construction, many people get filtered there so a lot of action. Lots of choice available. After choosing at one of the many urinals, simply go to the washroom and have fun!
Safety
Very busy after work with jostling of business men. Sometimes people are lined up to go for a but don't feel pressured- there are many urinals available- keep your cool and wait for your feast. I had a great gaijin and had to beat off 2 Japanese.
