Take the elevator up to 7th floor in the South wing of Tokyu Department Store - Shibuya Station of (JR Yamanote and Ginza Line). If you are coming on Ginza Line the train terminates in the building and can exit onto the second floor of the building.
When to go
Weekends and after 6pm are the best times, Main store open daily 11:00 to 20:00 (upper floors until 19:00, restaurants until 22:30).
