DVD and Smoke
Small Adult shop, with an arcade of 12 booths. No s, but the cruising was not a problem. The fish are biting big as it is the only working arcade for the north area that is not a crack center (and I don't mean the good kind of crack either). $6 to get in, movies stop and you just hit play button a few times and it thinks you've added quarters and restarts. Went there, had no problem landing several fish and then getting landed myself.

Where exactly
Highway 249 just south of Beltway 8 ( 2-3 miles south of Willowbrook Mall on 1960/249) where freeway disappears from under you on west side of street at intersection of 249/Bammel Rd. Hotel right next door and Tattoo parlor.
When to go
24/7---most likely at night, although since it is the only one in large area I could find, day may be good.
Etiquette
Go in, pay your money, enter arcade, be cool (the eyes of Texas were sure upon me).
Nudity: Nudity and not officially allowed (duh), Booths have a seat and space for stander or two or three if not too fat.
Safety
Signs says No Smoking, please respect that. Relatively residential neighborhood, there were a lot of couples in store (but not arcade). Did not see police around, but also not the Ritz-Carlton neighborhood so use your head (the big one).
