State Police are going to be conducting undercover sting operations on the first three weeks of Oct. The Keystone Rd Parks and the Cass Rd Parks are the target of the sting.

Police have increased activity, even a spot about the 'problem' on local tv recently. Picking times, people and the more secluded spots is important.
