Great spot without a lot of traffic. Had time to give and receive head without worry. Need to get back soon!

4145 E. 21st Street, Tulsa Wheelchair: Not accessible
The guide
Where exactly
From I-44, exit at Yale Ave. North (right) on Yale to 21st Street Turn west (left) on 21st or 15th Street. Cross street: 21st/Yale
Cruisiest spot: Restroom in Southeast corner of complex, behind main refreshment stand.
When to go
Varies with different events. Seems to open predominantly on weekends. Best times: Weekend mornings, afternoons. I've gotten action on Sunday afternoons, for example.
Etiquette
Enter any one of several stalls, start stroking and tapping your foot. Stalls are extremely roomy and the doors come very close to blocking any view or access--perfect for two (or more). If memory serves, no guards between urinals, so stroking and gawking is easy and fair game.
Safety
I've noticed event security around once or twice in the building, but not at each and every event, and usually on or near the main stage/event floor. I have yet to see them in or around the restrooms.
