Where exactly
It's right off of Victoria ave. in the Ralph's parking lot.
When to go
The best times to go for "fun" is off peak hours. Between 11:00A.M.-3:00P.M. and then again from 8:30P.M.-12:00A.M. You want to go when the gym is least packed.
Etiquette
The sauna is by far the best place. The door is impossible to see through from the outside, and is easily detectable when it's about to be opened. A great place for handjobs. There is also a single shower that doesn't have a door or curtain where you can watch hots guys wash themselves. The best shower is all the way back on the left hand side, near total privacy. In the sauna just strike up a conversation with someone, and you should be able to feel them out from there. Most straight guys won't make eye contact let alone talk. Don't forget the universal hook-up sign of a quick tug on your man parts through your towel.
Nudity: Tons of naked men everywhere in the locker rooms, nudity is a total go.
Safety
Just don't go in the peak hours, way too many people. Sit on the left side of the sauna so you can see the door open from a mile away. Please if you workout and want to hook-up make sure you shower a bit, and are clean first. Wear deodorant, I hate lifting next to the stinky people at the gym, have some decency!
