Where exactly

Follow Cherry Street all the way out to the interstate and the truck stop is on the far side of the interstate. If you are on I-29, it is the rest area off the Vermllion exit, NOT the truck stop gas station! It's the rest area on the other side. Cross street: I-29

Etiquette

Park and look for cruisers. If someone is interested, they will probably go to the bathroom. Follow them in and see what happens. Maybe a good idea to take it to a gravel road a way's away or to someone's place.
