If coming from Cincinnati take US 42 to Markland Dam and cross the river. Cross street: Indiana 156 and Indiana 101
Cruisiest spot: There are steps that go down on the river where there are some spots where you can not be seen and there is some wooded areas behind the restrooms.

Stogie, been there a few times and never seen anything going on, get in the area once every few weeks. When is this place good? Weekdays,weeknights,weekends?

I have been there a few times with some luck. It is pretty discreet, esp if you go for a walk past the restrooms. I'll go back again. Between this side and the KY side, I wish both were a bit more popular.
