It is just the typical Lowe's store, known for their home improvement and such...but they offer alot more! You know what I am talking about...those hot construction workers, with tight jeans, and bigger tools in their pants, than the ones on their tool belt!

Anytime. Most construction sites pick up loads around 10PM and 2PM though.

Just make sure the door is closed, but not locked.

Just make sure the door is closed, but not locked. The restroom can get pretty busy during some parts of the day.
