Where exactly

Park in Sainbsurys multi story car park, or in the car park above woolworths and Wilkinson. Walk to the cross roads for the high street (where you find woolworths etc) and look for the Post Office. The toilets are next to the PO.

Any time. Until toilet shutting times.

Nudity: Sometimes I have witnessed guys leave cubicles and show themselves naked.
