Where exactly
You can walk there from Latchford, Westy, Howley, Town, etc, or you can park near the bowling green and walk over.
When to go
Anytime, as long as it's dark.

Etiquette
If you go to the edge of the park there is a path that runs from the old black bear canal right round the edge of the park and river and you can see that there are loads of private places/secluded areas.
Nudity: Well as it's a public space then nudity isn't allowed at all, but there is nobody there at night apart from men 'walking their dogs'.
