Where exactly
You get there from either taking I-84 to exit 18 it is right off the exit. It is a park and Ride lot easy off and on from I-84. Cross street is West Main Street.
When to go
The best time is either in the morning or after 2pm. All typs of guys check it out.

Etiquette
The best thing to do is park your car in the back of the lot, park backed in and you get a good view of who comes and goes. Just sit in your car and if any action a car will back in next to you and give you a head nod.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE THERE.... SOMEONE HOPING TO SPARK AN INTEREST - THERE ARE COPS THERE FREQUENTLY BECAUSE THE ACCESS TO 84 IS SO EASY.....
