Drive on 5th Street Road which turns into Central Avenue, turn left onto Kenova Avenue, and shortly after turn left over tracks and park.

After you cross over the tracks pull in towards the old baseball field and either walk down to the park or tap on your breaks whenever you see someone to let them know. Cruisiest spots are down near the benches.
