Where exactly

The Strand runs east from Trafagar Square towards Fleet Street. The hotel is on the left just short of Somerset House and Waterloo Bridge on the right. You enter a large public foyer, and the front toilets are to your right and along the corrdior a bit, the back ones are to the back of the building and smaller.

The building is always accessible, though daytime hours are best when you can blend in with the other people coming in and out.
