Where exactly

Take Lake Street and it's after the last set of apartments in White Plains, right before West Harrison. Cross street: Lake Street

Cruisiest spot: Portable toilets or in the woods. The path starts behind the boat shed.

When to go

Night Time, Early AM.

Etiquette

If there is people around.. abort abort. Don't do hanky panky on the trail that follows the lake. Fisherman and Other People walk there. Go back in to the woods.

9/11 Tribute, so don't be a troll and not care about what's really the park's purpose. I have seen Cops on horseback here.
