Where exactly

From interstate 81 take 115 south towards Bear Creek, watch for the park entrance about half way up the hill on the right. Right after the concrete devider ends.

When to go

Open around 8 am close at dusk.

First parking lot on the left.

Nudity: Pretty sure nudity is not permitted by law there , however it happens .
