Where exactly
From the 81, take exit 168 and turn left. Go past Wilkes-Barre Township Road and the gym is on the left.
When to go
Any. My gym times are 5-7pm and the place is cruisy. I have found the perfect eye candy for me. Happy Cruising.
Etiquette
In the sauna the best way to tip people of is to sit on your towel, with your legs spread. Carefully adjust your crotch while looking at the other persons . If they return the sign, your in like Flynn. The tanning area, which is directly across from the sauna has a door that locks, which is a great place to take your newly found meat. The showers are also a nice way to find people.
Nudity: Full nudity in locker room, swinging dicks everywhere.
