This area is a thin strip of wood that runs along the A272. There are a number of paths running through the woods and some good quiet places. The down side is there are a lot of used and empty packet left around

Where exactly

From Winchester Take the Andover road until you come to a roundabout. Straight over the roundabout following signs for Stockbridge A272. After ablout 2 miles you will see a sign for Crawley and the fox and Hounds Pub Turn Left here and the area is immediately on your left.

This area is the same as many check to see if there are any cars about and walk into the woodland. Some people write messages on the trees.
