Where exactly
Take the Canyon Road North from Yakima and go to the turn off on the left side just on the North end.
When to go
Early morning or late afternoon is the best time.
Etiquette
The best spot is on the north end after you pull in. Blink tail lights or head lights to let others know your looking.
